DIY Fall Essential Oil Diffuser Blends

Why diffuse essential oils in the fall?

Toxin-Free & All Natural

Everyone loves the comforting smells of fall time. Some of my favorite fall scents are cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, orange, vanilla, cardamom, clove, cedarwood, fir to just name a few. Those smells just make you feel warm, cozy and all around good, Right! But, if your filling your home with those scents by plugging in and warming up toxic chemicals, your kind of defeating the whole purpose of the wanting to feel good. The toxic vapers your filling your home up with, might actually be do the complete opposite. Essential oils are the volatile oils derived from actual plants. The scents from essential oils are REAL scents from nature. That's something to feel good about!

It's Cheaper To Go Natural

Those plug in chemical warmers, sprays and stick on scents are expensive and don't really last that long. Before I used essential oils, I remember constantly scouring the face of the planet in search of coupons to buy MORE scented stuff for our home. I felt like I was always buying these expensive fake chemical aromas. I needed a lot to achieve the scent that I wanted in my home. And they were so expensive! Essential oils are small but pack a powerful scent punch with just one drop. The initial investment and size of the tiny bottle made me leery at first. But let me tell you, a drop or two is all you need for a long time of scent. It not only is the healthier option but I have found it to be much cheaper over time. I use essential oils for more than just diffusing into the air. I love using them to make DIY healthy cleaning products for our home.

Does More than just smell good!

Essential oils are natural and when used properly, they can they have an amazingly positive effect on you emotionally and physically. Some help to ease anxiety, promote mental clarity and even boost energy. Some actually have amazing antifungal, antimicrobial, antibacterial and antiviral properties too. With this crazy year we have been having, I think a little extra air cleansing and emotional support could only help and might actually be a good idea. When you diffuse these essential oils into your home, you benefit from all these effects, on top of enjoying all your favorite fall scents. It's really a win, win, So if you haven't tried diffusing essential oils, now is the time.

If you want to get started with diffusing essential oils, check out the items listed below.

If your just starting out you can dip your toes into essential oils by experimenting with a lower quality brand. That's what I did, when I first started just to get acclimated to using them for aroma.

I fell in love with essential oils and then moved on to the Doterra therapeutic brand, buying a couple bottles at a time, slowly building my collection. Pure therapeutic grade essential oils can be very pricey.

I have selected some reasonably priced diffusers that might work well for you. I also listed a few cheaper end aroma essential oils for you to try. Of course you could always dive right in to the BIG BOY Doterra brand if your ready to go or just need to add a couple extra fall scents to your Doterra collection.

Get diffusing & have fun! 💗
